About Me
Hello! I'm Jacopo Rigoli, a software engineer based in Italy with a degree in Computer Science
and Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
With over 10 years of experience in software development, I began as a frontend developer but
later specialised in backend development, where I excel.
In recent years, I've focused on AWS and serverless
technologies.
Along the way, I've mentored junior engineers, led cross-functional teams, and
gained hands-on experience with the Scrum framework as both a Scrum Master and
a Scrum Product Owner.
I'm an enabling leader and a team player who stay calm under pressure.
I am a problem solver, dedicated, enthusiast and independent resource.
Outside of work you can find me playing soccer, eating food or enjoying time with my family.

godoo is a no-code platform that helps to digitalise work orders for field forces. Through seamless integration, the software can enhance the capabilities of existing systems, allowing for the exchange of data and information between different systems.

I've contributed in defining the company's main product vision and its strategic direction, reporting directly to the CEO.

I've guided the development as a Scrum Product Owner, counting around 15 specialists from Junior to Senior level.

Managed internal and external stakeholders to win funds totaling 5 MCHF.

I've coordinated a team of software engineers as a Team Leader.

Directed feedback process, including periodical performance evaluations and salary reviews.

I've moved the whole product infrastructure from on-prem to AWS using more than 30 different AWS services.

I did many interviews, but also trained and mentored 3 junior engineers.

I collected requirements, coordinated the specification and development phases of many of the product features.
